Your Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is a highly valued benefit by your employees. There are many ways to offer TAP - reimbursement, pre-pay, vouchers, "credit cards" and more. TAP policies vary extensively across corporations, and must be best-fit to each corporation's philosophies about learning, and learning needs.
TAP can also become a nightmare for Human Resources and/or Benefits departments to verify policies, authorize each employee, provide call-centers, track, fund, and report. Final candidates will be forwarded to your company, along with our recommendations, for your final approval.
