"Back To School" Webinars

Corporations with hundreds or more of employees who use Tuition Assistance Plan benefits may want to opt for their own EASi/Advisor.  This service affords companies to have an EASi trained Advisor on-site at any location they desire.  EASi will hire and train Advisors to fit the needs of your company and retains these advisors as our employees.  Advisors can be obtained for part-time or full-time status or a combination to fit your needs.  Advisors will  have access to all EASi materials and databases to fulfill the same work as an EASi Dial-an-Advisor requires.  These Advisors will become knowledgeable about YOUR company and its particular requirements and employee culture and may perform other HR duties to support your Tuition Assistance program.

     Advisors will provide your employees:

  1. Administer a Learning Styles assessment to find out how they learn best for proper program selection.
  2. Conduct a first session with you via the telephone (approximately 30 minutes). During this discussion the Advisor will get to understand and clarify employee career goals, educational experiences, and determine what credentials they will need to evaluate for Prior Learning college credit - such as past transcripts, updated resume, corporate training certificates, military training documents and more.
  3. Upon receiving all documents from the employee, the Advisor will begin their analysis and research of local and national opportunities which best match your career goals, background, abilities and financial considerations.
  4. When the Advisor completes their plan, your company will be sent all reports and information, and they may call their Advisor to review their educational plan in detail (approximately 30 minutes).
  5. Advisor will be accessible to employees for questions, advice and support for the duration of their education.
