Dr. Ivery's experience has taken her across the country as a workshop leader, speaker, and consultant for adult learners and corporate Human Resources professionals. She is author of numerous articles for magazines, newspapers, professional journals, and has appeared on radio and television. She has written a book - How To Earn A College Degree: when you think you are too old, too busy, too broke and too scared - which is offered through Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.
Dr. lvery earned her Ed.D. degree from the University of Northern Colorado, in Educational Administration / Student Personnel Administration with a specialization in the adult corporate learner and advising models. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Human Development Counseling from the University of Denver. Dr. Ivery earned her graduate degrees as a working adult and used several nontraditional methods to complete her learning. |
